Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the AstroQwik app and website, operated by {{COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME}} ("AstroQwik"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
AstroQwik is a marketplace that connects users with independent astrologers and spiritual advisers for chat, call and live consultations. It also provides astrology tools (Kundli, matching, horoscope, Panchang, calculators) and sells spiritual products and pooja services.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. Provide accurate information, including birth details, for meaningful results.
3. Guidance only
Astrology and related readings are offered for guidance and personal reflection. No outcome is guaranteed. Consultations are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice; for such matters consult a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
4. Astrologers
Astrologers are independent providers who are verified before joining. Their views are their own. Report any concern through Customer Support and we will investigate.
5. Wallet, pricing and billing
- Consultations are billed per minute from your AstroQwik wallet at the rate shown before you start. Each minute is charged when it begins. A minimum balance may be required to start.
- Wallet recharges include GST as applicable. Bonus money is promotional, non-transferable, can only be used on AstroQwik and may expire.
- Wallet balance can only be used for AstroQwik services and products. It cannot be withdrawn or transferred, except refunds required by law.
- A free first consultation, where offered, is limited to the minutes shown and one per user.
6. Refunds
- You are never charged if an astrologer does not accept your request.
- If a session is affected by a technical problem or a serious quality issue, raise a ticket within 7 days. Approved refunds are credited to your wallet.
- Failed or duplicate payments are reversed to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.
- Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Energised or personalised items and poojas already performed cannot be returned.
7. Acceptable use
Do not harass or abuse astrologers or other users, share contact details to move consultations off the platform, post unlawful content, or attempt to defraud or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
8. Content and intellectual property
The AstroQwik name, logo, app and content belong to AstroQwik. You keep ownership of what you write, and grant us permission to store and display it as needed to provide the service (for example, showing your review on an astrologer's profile).
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, AstroQwik is not liable for decisions you make based on consultations or astrology tools, or for indirect losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid AstroQwik in the three months before the claim.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will notify you of significant changes. You can stop using AstroQwik and delete your account at any time.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at {{CITY}} have jurisdiction.
