Delete your AstroQwik account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time. This page is for AstroQwik (Android app com.astroqwik.user).

Option 1 — in the app

1. Open AstroQwik and sign in.
2. Tap your profile picture (top left) → Settings.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Option 2 — on this page

Verify your mobile number with a one-time code and your account will be deleted immediately.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, mobile number, email, gender and birth details.
• Saved Kundlis, saved addresses, followed astrologers, cart and notifications.
• Your push-notification token.
• Unused wallet balance and bonus money (this cannot be recovered).

What is kept, and for how long

• Records of payments, invoices, orders and consultation transactions are retained, no longer linked to your profile, for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law (typically up to 8 years).
• Reviews you posted may remain visible as "Deleted user".

Can't access your number? Email support@astroqwik.com from the email on your profile, or with details we can use to verify you. We process requests within 7 days.
